South Walton Utility Co., Inc. is a private not for profit utility system operating separately from Walton and Okaloosa County Planning and Development, Walton and Okaloosa County Building Dept. and the Walton and Okaloosa County Department of Health. All food service businesses in our wastewater service area are required to submit a grease trap application as well as plumbing plans for review to our offices located at 369 Miramar Beach Dr., Miramar Beach FL 32550. We operate a separate grease trap program for all food vending services within our service area which includes food trucks, yogurt shops, eateries or any entities operating as a restaurant. We require review of the plumbing plans to ensure that all lines are properly designed for grease trap collection.

A Statement of Availability will not be issued until plans are approved by SWUCI.
